Field of activity: SmartPrep is a seller/distributor that purchases cold-chain food products from supplier/producer businesses in its own name and for its own account, sells them to businesses such as restaurants, hotels and cafés (B2B), and distributes them by refrigerated vehicle. SmartPrep does not sell to end consumers; it works only with businesses holding merchant status.
2. ORDERING GUIDE (TECHNICAL STEPS FOR THE FORMATION OF AN ORDER)
The steps below show how an order is created via our site and how the contract is formed:
- Membership and verification: The business completes the membership form, approves the framework agreement and the KVKK privacy notice, and its tax identification number is verified. Membership commences upon SmartPrep's approval.
- Product selection and cart: The business selects the desired products and adds them to the cart. At the cart stage, the product, quantity, unit and total price are displayed.
- Details and delivery: The delivery point and invoice details are confirmed.
- Order summary: Before payment, the essential characteristics of the ordered products, the unit and total price, applicable taxes and delivery terms are shown in summary form.
- Payment: Payment is made through the virtual POS and payment interface embedded in the page or via other payment methods offered. For card payments, card details are processed within the secure infrastructure of the authorised payment institution.
- Confirmation and formation of the contract: The sales contract is formed upon SmartPrep's confirmation of the order. The order confirmation and summary are sent to the business electronically.
Correction of data entry errors: In the steps before the order is completed, the information entered (product, quantity, delivery and invoice details) can be corrected by returning to the relevant screens. After the order is completed, correction requests are submitted via the member panel or the notified communication channels.
Retention of the contract: The approved framework agreement and order records are stored electronically and kept accessible to the business via its member panel.
3. PRICE AND TAX DISPLAY
Product prices and the total order amount are clearly indicated, either inclusive of applicable taxes or with taxes shown separately. The business sees the total amount payable clearly in the order summary.

Membership and ordering processes are subject to the framework agreement and the provisions on electronic contracting.
